This website is operated by Professional Profile. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Professional Profile. You can contact us at your@professional-profile.com.
Professional Profile creates, formats, publishes and manages bespoke online professional profiles. The scope, deliverables and timeframe for your profile will be agreed with you directly before work begins.
To create your profile you will share information about your career, achievements and background. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, up to date, and lawfully yours to share, and that we may publish it as part of your profile.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any confidentiality or employment obligations you may have.
We will work with you to represent you accurately. After publication we remain available to make reasonable updates or corrections - simply get in touch. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
Creating and publishing your profile costs a one-time fee of $100, which includes your first year of hosting. To keep your profile live and to request changes after that, an annual renewal of $50 applies.
The renewal is charged automatically to your payment method each year, beginning twelve months after your profile goes live, unless you cancel beforehand. We will show these charges clearly before you pay, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. If a renewal payment is not completed, we may unpublish or remove your profile until payment is brought up to date.
The initial creation fee is non-refundable once we have begun work on your profile, and renewal fees are non-refundable once charged. Prices are in US dollars and may be updated for future renewals with reasonable notice.
The design, layout, branding and original written content of this website belong to Professional Profile. You retain ownership of the personal information you supply; you grant us the licence needed to create, publish and manage your profile.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes outside our control such as third-party search-engine rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our site may link to third-party websites, including our partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site.
These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
